BCDA Donates Ambulane to Capas LGU

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) donated a Four-Wheel Drive Ambulance to the Local Government of Capas, Tarlac, which will be used for emergency response operations in the rocky and mountainous terrains of the municipality.

BCDA Vice President for Business Development and Operations Group and Clark Green City Project Management Office Head Joshua M. Bingcang turned over the key of the ambulance to Capas Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan as part of BCDA’s corporate social responsibility in the area.

BCDA’s flagship project–the 9,500 hectare Clark Green City in the Clark Special Economic Zone–is partially located in Capas, Tarlac. The Clark Green City is envisioned to be the country’s most modern, green and smart city.
