The Bases Conversion and Development Authority is extending the deadline for the purchase of Terms of Reference for the Joint Venture Development of a 288-hectare portion of Clark Green City.  This is to allow more time for interested proponents to conduct due diligence on the matters relating to the property.  The new deadline for the purchase of the TOR is now September 3, 2015.  To date, three developers, Ayala Land Incorporated, Filinvest Land, Incorporated, and Megaworld Corporation already secured bid documents.
