BCDA-Vivapolis France MOU Signing for Clark Green City

Yesterday (December 1, 2015) during the 21st Conference of the Parties of Climate Change, President Aquino witnessed the signing of an international agreement between BCDA and Vivapolis France. Vivapolis is the biggest group of French companies under the French Trade Ministry. Representing BCDA is President and CEO Arnel Paciano Casanova.

Clark Green City is the Philippines’ first green metropolis and is the country’s answer to climate change. The city is set to generate over 800,000 jobs and will be a major force in the country’s economy.
