BCDA Chair Garcia on Why We Need CGC

BCDA Chairperson Ma. Aurora Boots Garcia gives us her insights on why we need to build ‪#‎ClarkGreenCity‬ in the business column, “Mapping the Future,” INQUIRER.net, page B2-2.
